After two months, the unused journeys are no longer valid. If you do not wish your Liber-t Frequent subscription account to be re-credited, you have the possibility of temporarily suspending the re-crediting of the account (for a maximum duration of 6 months).

Yes on condition that both vehicles are of the same class. If this is not the case, the discount will not be applied and you are then charged for a passage at the full tariff for the class of vehicle that you have used.

A Liber-t Frequent contract can be cancelled at any moment, on written request sent by post to Alis by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt. In this case, you will have to return your hands free automatic toll tag to Alis.

Yes. All you need to do is to inform Alis of your request to change the section. The change will then come into effect on the first day of the calendar month following the date at which your request was received.

Of course it is possible, on condition that the second vehicle is also of either classes 1, 2 or 5. The sending of this second hands free automatic toll tag will result in the signature of a second contract.
